Customers are unable to find my website on the web.
People are unable to go to my website when they type the web address.
I have LOST customers AND potential customers because of this. Please HELP!!

I have to say, if your business relies on a website to retain clients, you should of had a professional build your website. Using a professional for my website was the best thing I could have done for my online presence.

What is your web site url?
How do you know that people can't get to you site?
Have you checked with your web site host about this issue?
How often does this happen? When did it start?
Do you get an error? If so what is it?

I think that you need to go back to your web support team and hosting company and let them know that you are having this problem. They should either guide you or fix the problem for you.
