Why limit to 1 A/P or A/R trx only

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows

I need to enter all summary transactions from 1/1/09 to 5/31/09 from manual bookkeepping into one general journal page to QuickBooks 2009, why doesit not allow me to post if I use 2 accounbts payable in the journal: one is a/p - trade one is a/p - employees, can i override this unreasonable restraint? Please help, I need this be done right away to update the balance so that June could be the first QB financial stetment for our co.?
