You create an invoice for each and every customer.

And of course, it sounds as if you'll use the same line item on each invoice.

And each and every time you create that invoice, you memorize it. One by one.

And when you are setting up the memorized list, you have choices, so think about how you want to do this.

Before you say, "boy is that alot of work" I'd like to tell you it's never been as easy in the history of the world as it is now.

Also, someday you may have a customer you don't want to bill that $100 to and that won't be a problem.

Sounds like fun, collecting all that money!

Radically Simple Accounting--the primer--is a simpler way for normal business people to learn accounting. eBook is sold on www.qccomputing.com. Print book on amazon. Enjoy!
