I deleted unmatched items in online banking in error. Now my balance is totally wrong. I do not have a good backup. Is there a way to revert my files to a prior time. I know the time the error occurred. I deleted dozens of items in error.
I don't believe there is such a feature in QB. However what you might consider is redownloading from the bank site. Of course this may take some time to weed out just what you need it will be easier than having to reenter manually. This is a good case for why one should back up DAILY. I'm sure I don't need to tell you that now.
Refer to your reconciliation reports for discrepancies to find just which you may need to restore.
I wish I had better news, but there is at least information that will help you undo your mistake.
