I think you need to give us some more details, like date tax return was filed, and that you are sure a rebate is due. You can call the IRS at 866-234-2942, or go to IRS.gov, and click on the Stimulus Payment link, then down in the middle of the next page click on the link Where's My Stimulus Payment. That will pop up a form to fill out and submit online.
