Is QB Nonprofit Ed. Appropriate for Small Church Needing Simple System?

US QuickBooks Premier : 2009: Nonprofit

Is QB Nonprofit Edition appropriate for a small church a organization (700 Members) that requires rapid entry of individuals members' contributions, seamless bank connectivity for uploading bill payments and downloading of bank transactions, and simple entry of day-to-day transactions which will be done by clerks?
