Using Accounts Copy

I have Premier Acct Edition 2010, my client has 2008 version. They sent me accountants copy and I want to make changes and send back to them. It is now asking me for Admin password to update. Can I do this? Do I need admin password?

If you have Premier Accountant 2010, then you can only work with an accountant's copy for 2009 or 2010. You will NOT be able to send changes back to the client in 2008.
