I cannot email reports. It tells me the server is busy and I'm a sole user.

In this case, 'server' probably means a COM server (application) of some sort. This might be, for example, Outlook.  You might try repairing your email program (like Outlook) and QuickBooks, too, from the Windows add/remove programs control panel.  Also, try restarting your computer.
