US QuickBooks Simple Start : 2010

is it ok to use my personal checking account for the business? We have just started our business and don't have enough coming in to open a business account yet but I do want to use quickbooks to keep track of what we spend and what we take in.

Hi ClinesToolRepairs,

If you are Sole Proprietorship, you would use an Equity Account.  Either Owner Draw or Owner Investment instead of creating your personal checking account.
