UPS Label Printing Error in QB Pro 2008 running on Winows 7
Why am I getting a printer error when trying to print UPS shipping labels on my inkjet from QB Pro 2008 loaded on Windows 7 Home Premium? Printer seems to working fine in all other areas of QB. I tried recreating the QBprint.qbp file but that did no help. The error says QB cannot find the printer and to reconfigure the printer settings. Everything else I have tried to print is working fine.
In the UPS Shipping Options Printer Settings the printer name has a very long list of random numbers and characters followed by the printer name. That doesn't seem right but I can't remove any of those characters. I see the orinter I want to use when I click the browse button but it still places all those characters in when I select the printer.
