I have quickbooks 2010 (pc) can not seem to convert to mac 2010

 

I have quickbooks 2010 (pc) can not seem to convert to mac 2010...please help.  Comes up saying that the round trip file is missing or somthing like that....please help  4 hours into tech support no one can seem to helpo

You did go to File>Utilities>Copy company file for Mac right?  Try googling your error message to see what you can find.  I'm going to move your question to the Mac forum to see if someone can provide more help for you.

 When you confirm what Michelle asked (that you created the file by going to File>Utilities>Copy company file for Mac), please also include language of the exact error message you're seeing.
