Mac QBB file crashes QB app when I try to load it

My .MAC backup file from my PC keeps crashing QB for Mac 2007 - it gets to Convert Memorized Reports (of which I have none) and crashes the app.

Ha! Good questions.
I am QB Pro 2006.
I went and hand-deleted every single Memorized Reports entry - there were a few - duh!
This made the file slightly smaller and it went through. Thanks!

What PC version are you using? Are you sure there are no memorized reports or transactions on the PC side?
