Yearly sales report and sales tax don't match
Charges from outstanding billable time and/or cost are not showing up on Yearly Sales report. But they do show up on Sales Tax Liability report.

As I look at the totals I see the difference is in the items in the reimbursement program, it doesn't count them as an income that would offset the expense it doesn't count those $ at all.
