Forms are not showing descriptions

I am trying to do a tax return and the forms are not showing descrip0tion - only things showing are the lines and numbers which I have entered. Need to know why.

If you are using the 2009 verion for Pro Series the forms are not final and state so. If youare using an earlier version you need to update or reinstall
