Adding future year's assets in current year
Lacerte : 2008If I add 2009 assets into 2008 Lacerte will it carry them forward when the client file is proforma'd to 2009?

I have done that before, just ignore all the error messages that say the asset PIS date is after the tax year end.
If you use Pro Series Basic I might not be able to help you. If you use Turbo Tax I might refuse to help you. All others, watch out! ;-)
