I purchased QB 2009 Premier recently and all of my previously created reports are missing as well as some of the vendors/customers. What do I do to get this back?

Either you updated the wrong data file or there was some data corruption. You can try using file menu > Utilities, verify and/or rebuild the data file. Or, find the original file and update it again.
