How do I remove the sales reciepts listed in the undeposited funds account when I have already selected invoices for dep

Have those funds been deposited into the check register? Once you receive the payment, the funds go to Undeposited Funds, and from there you can select them to go to the check register. If you're saying they're duplicates, you need to delete the sales receipts.
