Hiding Time on an Invoice
How can I view a detailed list of expenses (specifically time) that were "hidden" on a particular invoice?

They aren't "hidden." That's not what this function does. What it does is go back to the original data entry (such as the timesheet) and change it to Not Billable. This is no different than if you had done this when you first entered the data. It saves you from having to search around for all the timesheet entries that shouldn't have been marked Billable in the first place, so it is a convenience.
