One computer can see the company file, the other can't.

US QuickBooks Premier : 2008: Nonprofit

I just installed QB 2008 for a client. We installed a license on her 2 computers because she wants to use multi-user. She is able to open the company file on her computer but the other computer doesn't show any companies to open. It's just blank.
