Web connect account activity downloads from Chase stopped working. They download as aspx files instead of QBO. When I try to open they bring up notepad. Will not open with Quickbooks. Can anyone advise?
Ran into the same problem, but it seems to be tied to the computer.
Option 1: Click Save As Type to "All Files". Change the filename to "Chase Download.qbo" extension rather than the .aspx extension. You should be able to import the data in by double clicking on the file.
Option 2: Consider Upgrades - The computer that is having the problem is older, has Internet Explore 6 and XP on it. Things seem to be working fine on a computer running Vista / Internet Explorer 8 / Java Edition 6 / Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1.
