2009 online banking with BOA

I just installed 2009 on a new computer. I used a portable file from my old computer containg QB 2008 to transfer the company file. Everything worked fine except on line banking with Bank of America. I have all the problems others have written about but also another. When I finally did get on line with BOA it downloaded data but left transactions unmatched. The same transactions did match on my 2008 version on my old computer. How can I fix this?
