I need to be able to put 5 lines in the header..I read where you could use excel to edit the header, but you either get a unhandled exception that locks up excel, or it disappears when you refresh quickbooks..

Excel limits header chars to some 240. Is choosing the "Rows to repeat at top" feature in the Excel Page Layout. Remember to remove the headers or they will appear as well.

Sorry...the spell checker messed my note.

Please do the following:

1. Use the Rows to Repeat at Top feature in Excel -> Page Layout feature and select the rows you want to repeat.

2. Remove your header or make it empty, otherwise it will repeat as well.
