I am having trouble converting a Quiken 2008 file to Quickbooks 2010. When I use the conversion utility in Quickbooks, it tells me the file cannot be opened.
Make sure you have the Quicken Data files on the computer & you are not trying to convert a backup. Also run a verify on the Quicken file.

They include IIF Transaction Creator, Excel to QIF Converter, List Importer, etc. Pre-purchase support is via email. Mine always answered very quickly.
Pricing of about $79 (with package deals, also) seemed high, until I watched 312 line items of credit card purchase appear in QB "like magic".
