I have successfully upgraded many clients and it is fairly seamless. Many 6.0 users will also likely find that this version of product will become unsupported in the next few months if Intuit's sunset policy holds true to tradition: so you may need to upgrade anyway (I feel all 6.0 user should be budgeting for this). The cool thing about the upgrade is that your old data file and the application can stay intact so you can proof out the installation and upgrade before going live.
