Clients missing on client list

I have 8 C-corp tax returns in my CDATA folder, but only 6 clients are listed on my All Client list. How do I get the other two clients to show? One of them I created, printed the return and went to access and it was gone.

Knowledge base article kb1002177 may help with your situation. Go to www.lacertesoftware.com/suppor... and search for "missing clients". Open the article titled "Clients missing from Client list". I hope this helps.

Be sure you haven't selected some filter that is omitting the client.
On the left - you may have clicked on something like a client status that would have removed the client from the screen.
on the bottom .. Pre-Filters: (should say none)
