Print multiple items on one invoice per customer.

Is there a way to print multiple items on one invoice per customer instead of each item having it's own invoice number and it's own page?

You can enter as many line items on a single invoice as you wish - just keep adding lines to the bottom. What version of QB are you using, and what exactly is the problem you are running into?

I'm on Pro 2009. Unfortunately, when the data entry was done each item was given it's own invoice number so that's how it prints. Guess there's no easy way to consolidate it for Invoices? I'd use the Statements since they'd all show up in one place, but then the details gone. Oh well.

I'm new to this program and have found it quite frustrating.

Thanks for your reply!
