You can map the accounts to the appropriate line of the tax return so if you're using an Intuit tax product (Lacerte or ProSeries), then you can import directly to the tax program. At a minimum, you will have the reports and details your tax professional needs to prepare the tax return. I still recommend you have a tax professional assist you.
