We have a client that we may switch to QuickBooks. They will probably only be writing checks from the software. I was thinking about having them buy Simple Start. However, can they export the check register to me in Simple Start?
There is no Accountant's copy in Simple Start

I know that there isn't an accountant's copy in Simple Start. I am asking if Simple Start can export reports and in return can I import them in to my QuickBooks Premier Accountant edition?
Yes you can import your company files to quickbooks. just copy your .QPW to your desktop and rename it to ".QBW" file extension. if it does not work, right click on it and choose "open with" and choose notepad. click on save as and type the ff. on the file name "YourFile.QBW" . including ( " ). the file name off course should be your company file name.
