How can I have the billing period change on a recurring template?
How can I have the billing period change on a recurring template?
I provide Web Hosting service and include something like this in the description of the service:
"Web Hosting Plan for domain.com - January 1, 2009 - March 31, 2009"
I want to be able to change that period each time, but there seems no way to automate this and when I edit it manually the next time the memorized transaction comes due the last period is not in the list - only the original.
There has to be a better way to do this. I am using QuickBooks online, but I have always struggled with this even in QuickBooks Pro. Honestly, I will move back to Pro if there is a way to handle this.
