Good morning: I want to try to understand your question, but if I don't, I'll need you to help me out with it. It sounds to me like you may think this is a live chat with an Intuit support person but it really is a user-to-user community where people help each other. This community is free and not really what you are paying for. Again, if I understand you correctly. There is no guarantee here that you will get an answer to your question, but most people do. It depends on how clear your question is, if it is in the right/best location, and if somebody who does happen to know something about it sees it. To help you keep track of your discussions, I suggest that you use the My Q&A link at the top of the page and also e-mail subscribe to any discussions of interest so you don't have to keep checking to see if anybody replied. As far as the service plan that you are paying for, I really don't know much about it, but you should start at the support page at http://smallbusiness.intuit.com/small-business/support/index.js... Try the toll-free number at the top of the page and ask them how to use your support plan more effectively. I hope I have answered your question, Deni

I just moved your question about backups to a better location http://community.intuit.com/po... This is an example of what I was just referring to.
