Your accountant needs to have the POS program too.  The accountant edition of QB does not open the POS program.

My client needs to be able to pay their vendors and their POS does not allow it. There are also other issues that POS does not allow that the Bookkeeper needs like making deposits. Is there a way of bringing the POS information into the Pro. If not how are other Retail establishments handling these functions?
