Quickbooks shuts down and will not print previous bank reconciliation or credits?

problem printing in enterprise version 8---try to print previous bank reconcilation or a credit for an invoice....computer shuts down and gives error message....anyone having this experience ?

It might be useful if you provide details on the error message that you get, such as the number and the wording.

Hi, this is actually a very easy problem to fix. Open up Adobe Reader 9 (Start, All Programs, Adobe Reader 9), go to Edit, then Preferences. Click Internet on the left, then uncheck the box that says "Display PDF in Browser". Close Adobe Reader 9, and QuickBooks will no longer give you any problems with the Prior Bank Reconciliations.
