Cannot open PDF files saved in DMS

I am getting the following message when I try to open a PDF file in DMS: ClassFactory cannot supply request class. Anyone know what to do to fix this? We are on a network and this problem is only on one computer.

Knowledge base article 478418 may help you with this situation.
