Issues with Creating Items and Inventory Assemblies in the Acct's Version

US QuickBooks Premier : 2009: Accountant

I created detailed item descriptions and built assemblies for my client in the Accountant's Copy. When we imported all my changes, all item descriptions and assembly contents were gone. What happened?
