customer needs be taken off Corp. in Nevada
I am located in Nevada. I have a customer who wants to be taken off the corporation . How does she do this?

Not sure I understand your question. Your client is listed as an officer of a corporation in Nevada and wants to sever that relationship? Can you give us some more details about the type of corporation?

You client needs to file resignation with the Nevada Secretary of States office. The form can be found on the Sec of States website both the forms for corporation and LLC have resignations to be filed with the state for $75. I hope this helps.
