I want to create Trial Balance Worksheet showing 5 colums of Trial Balance, Adjustment, and Adjusted Trial Balance, Income Statement and Balance Sheet. How can I do create the worksheet using 2008 Pro version?

If you have the Premier Accountant's edition, go to Accountant, Working Trial Balance. If you don't, open your Chart of Accounts. On the Activities tab, you can start up the WTB from there. It will display 4 columns: Beginning Balance, Transactions, Adjustments and Ending Balance. There is also a Workpaper Reference Column.

If you want to add Income and Balance sheet, you'll have to export the trial balance from the report menu. Then create your own columns.

Hope this helps! If so, please mark Solved. If not, just ask more questions. Thanks so much.
