I'm trying to get in to the certification course locker and there is now a pop up window asking me to log in to learn.intuit - my log in and password does not work for this

Are you trying to access the Course Locker from www.qbproadvisor.com?
If not, that's the URL to use to sign into the ProAdvisor Member Website and from there access the Certification Course Locker.
If that is the URL you are using, then please shoot me an email with your first name, last name, and ProAdvisor User ID, and I'll find out what's wrong.
