Work Orders

I have just upgrade to the POS software from using QB, cash register and I have a merchant accout with QB so I was using the slider for plastic. How do I accept payment on a work order and printing out a normal sales receipt. What I have been doing is opening the customers work order, take payment/deposit (correct amout) then when the payment window comes up I select what ever payment they give us and print the receipt and then at close of business I would create a sale from the deposit accounts. Now if I open the work order and select sale all items it prints out the entire work order on the sales receipt but its the correct one with the reward and stuff on it. Thanks
