Why is eSort so easy on the video and so difficult in real life?

When I attempted to download (from my desktop) a pdf package with 3 images for client A and another package with 18 images from client B all I got back was a cover sheet for each with another sheet aboute Adobe.

Boeing, When did you attempt to do this work? There have been a few updates that may have corrected any issues you might have had. My suggestion:
1) Try again, and post if you get different results.
2) If you get similar results, send the documents (before and after) to esort@intuit.com. The team would love to see if they can replicate. It would help us make the product better.
3) Let them know that you would like to get your free trials reset to 5!
