I cannot see my Individual Tax Clients???

Lacerte: 2008

I am currently using a network 4 user license of Lacerte 2008.  I cannot see my individual tax clients. I have the path set to the correct location and none of the filters are turned on.  I am only having this problem at one of my workstations. Any suggestions?

Amazing. He is BEGGING himself to mark his own questions as solved.

As it gets closer to tax season, I wish I had some hair to pull out.

Thanks for bring this to my attention.  The "marked as solved" comment was set in my default signature and I forgot to remove it when I posted my question.  Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

Please let me know if you have any input regarding the question I have posted.

Sorry, I am neither a network nor a Lacerte user. the standard answer for problems like this, though, is to re-boot the computer and see what happens.

As it gets closer to tax season, I wish I had some hair to pull out.

I had this problem when I upgraded my computer.  I fooled around with the settings/path for hours, and finally called Lacerte.  They solved it right away.  Still don't know what they did...
