Problems with Easyacct
EasyAcct : 2008Is anyone having problems with Easyacct running on XP. We have lost vendor file, employee files, bank account files, write delay problems, etc.

We are having problems with EastAcct running slow. Our data is networked with each workstation having the EasyAcct program. It started a month ago. We have reduced the company number to 30 or less on each data path as suggested by EasyAcct Tech Support. Most of the slowness is while entering payroll. We have checked the server for problems, but have not found anything. Prior to the problems, we upgraded PhoneSlips. I have checked with PhoneSlips Tech Support but they have no knowlege of EasyAcct.
We have had Windows XP and EasyAcct for the 2 years that I have been at my company.
