If a Sales Order is showing Closed why does it still show up on the Open Sales Orders by Customer report with a zero Open Balance?

Some times it just hangs like that for a bit & one day it will disappear.

Try to manually mark it as closed.

Hope this helps. If so please mark solved, if not please ask more questions. Thanks!

Thank you but how do you manually mark it Closed? It already shows Closed in red on the Sales Order.

There usually is a check box to mark the Sales order closed. It's on the bottom next to the tax field. But if it marked closed in Red it is closed.

Hope this helps. If so please mark solved, if not please ask more questions. Thanks!

Thank you. I found the box on the Sales Order at the bottom left and it was checked as closed. I unchecked the box which took off the Red stamped CLOSED, I rechecked it as CLOSED and that fixed it. Must have just been a glitch. Thanks
