Downloaded Banking Deposit - Applied to multiple invoices

US QuickBooks Premier : 2010: Professional Services

I would like to deposit multiple checks (payments for invoices) into my bank account. When the "unmatched" Deposit is downloaded from Online Banking, I would like to then apply portions of this Deposit to multiple customer / job invoices.
