You can't have an income or expense item show up in its own column. You can have it show up as a separately stated income or expense item (a separate row). If you are talking about an income item, create an income account for freight or a sub-account of sales titled freight. Next create an item for freight charges and use the freight  income account. When you run your P&L report it will show up as a separately stated item.
