Request Activation Code

For Pro Series Basic 2008 Software - After using my software for the entire year, I am getting a message to re-activate my code. I have followed the instructions and entered the automated activation code given to me however, I still get error msg

you will need to contact Customer Service or Tech Support to have it activated
