US QuickBooks Premier : 2009: Contractor

I have a construction client that would like to have the estimate vs actual report include a column for change orders. QB's report is limited. Does anyone know of a workable solution?

Add a new job under the other job for each change order.  Create a new estimate/invoice for the change order.  Then, you can get reports on the change orders too.
