I have 2 people that help me. do I file 1099?

I have 2 people that help me. do I file 1099? or add them to the payroll?

Hello,

Thank you for your question. The simple answer to that is; If they are an independent contractor, then you give a 1099. If they are an employee, then add them to your payroll.
