I subscribe to Online Backup. Today, I'm getting Error LA2286 "Maximum Chunk Count Exceeded". What does that error mean and how can I fix it?


I subscribe to Online Backup. Today, I'm getting Error LA2286 "Maximum Chunk Count Exceeded". What does that error mean and how can I fix it?
This error indicates that the backup has more than the maximum number of file chunks. The default chunk size is 5 MB, so that means the compressed set size of the file is greater than 1.25Gbytes, indicating there is a very large amount of uncompressible data.
How to fix the problem: Run the Online Backup Refresh Tool.

I got this same error, however when I followed the directions posted in the article, I still got the same error.
Is there anything else I can try?
