Server busy popup

Server busy keeps popping up after install - any ideas on how to eliminate the pop up. Something is obviously happening but I cannot figure
out why the server is busy or what it is referring to?

Had this problem when opening the letter and envelope option in Quickbooks 2009.
Server Busy
Found after a week of troublshooting the HP Image Monitor will cause this error every time.
Just right click the Image Monitor and disable it from the quick bar and problem solved!

When we turned off live community all our errors went away. Go to Edit -> Preferences -> Desk View -> My Preferences. We were getting more than 10 messages each time we opened 2009, now it works fine.

FYI - I did a clean install and reinstalled - so far everything looks good.
