I've been trying ALL day to log into the certified Q/B user. but every time i get block w/ "password not recognized' I don't remember what Old p/w your talking about. I paid for the training today, so what gives. am i really that non-intuitive?
or maybe get a refund

Have you tried Forgot Password?
